Admission Regulations

Registration to Nursery class is made in January every year as per the Principal Circular.

Eligibility for admission to Nursery Class is 3 year at the time of registration is granted only on submission, along with the application form, original certificate, Notified Area Council Certificate.

New admission to other classes will be made in the month of March after the Annual results.

Leave Rules

No leave of absence is granted except on prior written application from parents. Such an application must be supported by a valid reason.

If the leave is for more than three days,the student needs to submit a leave letter. Leave letters should be duly signed by the parents or guardian.

Leave will not be granted on the reopening or closing day of a term or examination days.

Library Rules

  • All students of the school are members of the library.
  • Strict discipline and silence is to be observed in the library.
  • Books issued are to be properly handled and returned on the due date.
  • Reference books will not be issued.
  • In case,a book is misused, wrongly handled or lost, the person concerned will have to pay the full price of the book.
  • Marking,underlined, cutting or damaging pages of the books are strictly prohibited.
  • No magazine or periodical will be issued to the students. They are expected to read the same inside the library.
  • A student can borrow only one book at a time.

  • General Rules

  • All studentsparticipation with zeal in academic endeavors and extra-curricular activities of the school.
  • Every student should carry the school diary with him/her everyday.
  • No child is permitted to leave the school premises without the permission granted by the principal only at the specific written request of the parents.
  • Students are expected to respect to the members of staff. They should stand up and greet them when they enter a class as well as when they leave the classroom.
  • Student should be habitually clean and neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all school days.
  • The warning bell beforeclass is a signal for all to go their respective classrooms. This should be done in silence.
  • Money should not be lent or borrowed, nor should articles be exchanged among the students.
  • Students must not bring valuable ( like-expensive watches ,fountain pen, ornaments,etc.) to school. The school is not responsible for articles or money lost.
  • The name of the class and the roll no.of the student should be clearly marked on all his/her belongings.
  • Running, playing, shouting and whistling inside the school building is not permitted.
  • Parents/Guardians are not permitted to walk into classrooms or meet teachers during the class hours.
  • No vehicle should be driven in the school campus. While entering or leaving the school gate, one must walk instead of riding.
  • Those who go home themselves should reach home straight without loitering on the way.
  • The student should behave in a refined manner wherever they go,they should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should always greet their teachers, elders and friends in a pleasant and audible tone of voice whenever they meet them inside the school or outside.
  • The student should maintaining discipline while moving towards the library, labs, or the playground.
  • The student must extending help and cooperation to peers in times of need.
  • Following instructions given by the class monitor and school leaders.
  • Observing cleanliness in the classroom and surrounding areas.
  • Proper care should be taken of the school property. No student should scratch or spoil desks,chair or damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the wall or any way damage things belonging to others.
  • Collecting money, contributions and donations are not allowed without written permission to the principal.
  • Parents are requested to check the diaries of the children on daily basis and ensure that instructions are being followed by their children properly.
